Name, company, email, phone, country or market, location type and the project description you enter, plus your IP address to protect the form against abuse.

To answer your request, prepare a proposal and contact you about your project (pre-contractual steps at your request, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to prevent spam and misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your market, location type and project description are processed by an AI model to generate an initial business-model recommendation shown to you after sending. It is guidance only — no automated decision with legal effect is made, and our team reviews every request.

Our sales team and technical service providers that host the website, store requests, deliver emails and run the AI recommendation, acting on our behalf. Where your project involves manufacturing or the GOL concept, relevant details may be shared with our partners Volastella and GOL / Gluten Off Lab only to prepare your proposal.

We keep requests only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by writing to info@offnongluten.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
